Dear Gaia,

Arnoud is the greatest gift I have received from Annie and Joris. First my little brother. Quickly someone who became very good and often much better than me, and then sweetly explained that it was thanks to me because I had inspired him or had shown him something.

Later both a kind of twin brother in our likeness but also a reverse mirror in the life paths we chose or how our characters express the same multifaceted family ground.

From meeting you, Gaia, I especially remember your open reserve. Your curious eyes and big smile.

Since then you often surprise me and each time I get to know you better or differently. It feels like a beautiful adventure to be able to discover you so closely in a very subtle way through the connection you made with Arnoud.

It was not nothing what we went through the last years in family relationships. I will never forget how, at the most terrible or happy moments, you are able to be there through a look or an embrace without many words.

The choices Arnoud and you made for each other connects our lives forever. I will do my best to always be there for you in my way. Let's plan something soon without kids! And do you mind if I come and jolly Arnoud sometime soon?
